RCS 2 features magnetically coupled metering pumps that eliminate shaft seal leaks. The RCS 2 provides absolute on-ratio gear-driven mixing and metering control. The system can be used with solvent borne or water borne materials.

Binks EMS
Binks electronic entry level plural component system called the Binks EMS (Electronic Mix Solutions) can handle ratios from 1:1 to 100:1 with hardener flow rates as low as 2 CC’s (0.07 ounces) per minute. This system can be configured for up to 6 colors and two guns with or without gun flush boxes.

It can handle many colors and catalysts, it can control 3
component mixing, as well as, other customizable features.

This is a mid-level electronic two component
system.It comes standard with controls to manage up to

panel mounted touch screen panel.
