Since 1948, Norris-Wiener/Bay State Spray Equipment has distributed high quality exhaust and air intake paint filters by quality companies such as Paint Pockets for the New England and New York areas. Exemplifying these quality filters is the Paint Pockets White line. Specially engineered to filter liquid and powder coating overspray, this filter is designed to replace expanded paper, fiberglass, and other low-efficient filters. We also carry Paint Pockets Aerospace filtration systems, which utilize patented overspray arrestors to effectively eliminate chromate overspray. Another product we carry is the Flex System with Extended Surface Pads (ESP). The Flex System pads improve air flow, maximize production time between filter changes, and prevent excessive filter change-out costs. SERIES CCPC CUBE FILTER
The Series CCPC extended surface cube filter is AFT's high efficiency overspray collection powder paint product applications. Made from 100% polyester, the media consists of a 1" coarse layer to facilitate overspray collection and retention, combined with a second layer designed to trap finer paint particles. It is heat-sealed to a heavy gauge metal support frame and forms a seal when installed.

STYROPAD
AFT offers Styropad Paint Arrestors which feature a matrix of styrene baffles that provide over 98% overspray removal efficiency. The Styrofoam pad can be dissolved in used thinner and disposed of as part of normal waste, eliminating the hazardous disposal costs sometimes found with other filters.

Air Flow Technology's powder coating and dust collection cartridges are designed to provide the best options tor the widest range of applications. From Spray-To-Waste to 100% reclaim systems, our powder coating cartridges are designed to maximize air flow and powder recovery. Our diverse line of dust collection cartridges win tackle sophisticated applications ranging from wood and composites to Weld-Smoke and pharmaceuticals.
MEDIA STYLES 100% Polyester Made from high strength polyester fibers. 100% polyester cartridges are dimpled and pleated for maximum service life and air flow. The polyester construction allows for high removal efficiency while maximizing powder recovery in reclaim systems. Polyester cartridges are completely washable and reusable and largely impervious to punctures or tears. Unlike cellulose cartridge. 100% polyester will not lint or shed.
"80/20" 80%-Cellulose/20%~Polyester The most common filter media in powder coating and dust collection applications. 80/20 media provides a high surface-air ratio and excellent all-around performance. Air Flow Technology's 80720 cartridges use the highest quality cellulose and synthetic blends which provide excellent powder recover in powder coating applications and long-service life in all dust collection systems.
100% Cellulose Air Flow Technology's cellulose cartridges are commonly used in dust collection systems. Economically priced, these cartridges provide medium removal efficiency and desirable longevity. 100% cellulose is also available in FLAME RETARDANT styles.
MOUNTING STYLES Air Flow Technology proudly supports virtually every mounting style and gasket placement in the industry. With a gigantic library of cross-reference information.
